English Language Challenges

In these four courses learning English has made me super entertaining and fun because it shows quite a difference with the way it was taught in school because here in the university it is taught in a much more didactic way, playful and more eager to learn than I previously felt. Although I find that they should be more courses, I would love it to be until the end of the race because it is a good complement to the present and the future. I found the use of blogs very effective because we write about various topics, therefore it has increased my vocabulary in English and I find it very original because it is the first time I do it.

I need to improve my pronunciation, write in English and read because sometimes I find it more difficult and I plan to improve it by practicing and watching many series in English and listening to music also in English in order to have a better performance in the future.

Currently I do not use much English because I have not had the opportunity nor the moments but I know that in others there will be the time to do it.

Changes to my Study Programme

In my university life I’ve only been studying for 2 years and practically everything has been virtual, I still don’t have much face-to-face experience of what university really is, but based on what I have seen at the moment the subjects and the curriculum I like because it has 2 years of common plan, that is, where we all pass or should pass the same contents to then already choose the mention for the rest of the career and define the future, then in this sense I would not make any changes. The workload I would like to leave the least amount of homework, work or study at home, but that everything or at least the vast majority is done at university, in addition the length of the career (5 years) I consider it appropriate and I wouldn’t change it because I think it’s enough to get valuable knowledge before I go into work.

With regard to the infrastructure I would like very much that the faculty be modernized keeping features of antiquity that characterize it but study in a much more modern and renovated place. In the use of technologies I have no experience but if I wanted it to always be available to everyone at all times. Finally so far the teaching methods in general I quite like despite having to adapt to a new context and reality.

                                    Time Travel to the future

If I could get ahead in time I would very much like to be able to travel to Italy mainly, some cities like Florence, Rome, Milán, Torino, Nápoles, and also to know other countries like Spain, Canada, France, go to Dubai, these are the countries that I have always wanted to know because they attract my attention even though I have never been there, but one is still getting to know them through photos, videos, series, movies, etc. You love the landscapes, the life you can have in the future, therefore if I could travel I would choose these destinations over any other. I’d go ahead maybe four or five years later, already having a life a little more formed, developed and ready to live it to the maximum being already outside of Chile and with a full age yet because for me life between 20 and 30 years I feel that it is and will be better than other stages of adult life even more in the future. I would very much like to be able to stay there as long as possible and live my life as it should, it would be something dreamed of, literally fulfilling one of the several dreams I have, but that those moments are having success and sharing with my family.

 

My Future Job

In the future I have always wanted to have an independent job, without bosses or anything. Studying design, I want to get the industrial mention and I imagine myself with some study, company or something similar, some enclosed space within everything but that is totally comfortable, feeling that the place is my own, that I can make and unmake without problems. I would love to be able to travel a lot for work both outside but also within the country, not only to work but also to take advantage of knowing. I would like a millionaire salary that allows me to afford luxuries for myself and my family, I think that being independent is more likely if you do a good job and it is successful in addition to being in constant advance. I am currently studying design, I will choose the industrial and services mention, since that is where I see myself in the future and developing my skills and competencies, everything I can learn for the future motivates me a lot, develop products and why not, create something new that it becomes famous and massive. Finally, I have also always dreamed of having my own company, since I was a child it has been like that, I want and I hope in the future to be able to fulfill it either with my career or find another area to develop.

       

                            My Bucket List

We all have desires for our future life in a few more years mainly, in my case many go through lack of money having not been able to fulfill them yet. If I had to draw up a list, it would be:

1- Travel and know many countries in the world, especially Italy, although that’s where I want to live in the future.

2- Take my family to know other countries and have that experience too

3-         In some future to be able to have a company of my own, I want to be independent, and if not with a company, at least excel in my profession and be so successful not to depend on a boss.

4- We all wish and dream about our own home at some point, in my case also with a car of my own which is what I have always wanted.

These wishes I have not yet been able to fulfill, this mixture of wishes-dreams can look very difficult to achieve just like that, many things will have to happen in the way to achieve it, but I know that I will be able to enjoy them at some point. While I must all achieve them myself, with the case of travel something special happens to me because I would like to share them, both with my family and with some special person in the future, I would very much like to have that experience even though many people later regret it, no one is safe, but better to do it than not to do it.

Of these wishes the first thing I want to be fulfilled is to go to Italy, I want to be able to do it

            My Favorite Movie 

Well, my and my favorite movies are all from the "Fast & Furious" saga, I consider them the best for the action in each of them, the trips, missions, rescues, team steals and adventures that happen, also unexpected events as typical when everything goes well and perfect, one as a 

spectator is already excited and out of        nowhere something happens that twists everything, that tangles the road or that definitely damages everything and the group commanded by Dominic Toretto must look for new solutions and start again. I really like action movies, horror movies, also teen drama. The last film I saw was After, the third film that premiered in theaters, I saw it almost a month ago, I recommend it a lot because I found it very good but without a doubt you have to see the previous 2 to understand what the story and context comes from so as not to be too surprised. As an additional fact, I really like to see the premieres of movies in the cinema, in 2019 was when more movies I saw in the cinema, 10 or 11 that I remember, in addition after the movie it is cool to go to eat something along with taking a walk and take advantage of the afternoon.

 

Saltos del Laja

Quillón 

 The holidays of 2018 I remember that they were the best despite the short time I was in Concepción. That year we went to Saltos del Laja and then go to Quillón to camp for a few days, it was 5 in total, we went with my dad, my mom, my sister, my godparents, an aunt, an uncle, 2 cousins and a small cousin, I remember that the first thing was to spend the day in the Saltos del Laja, the day was hot and in the waterfall ran quite water, we could bathe, then make a picnic and enjoy the afternoon. Already in Quillón the following days was to get up late sometimes, take a few laps and in the afternoon go to the large beach that is usually crowded but the water is rich to bathe and then be lying on the sand on a towel, already in the night there are activities in those dates and it is very fun to go, type 10 of the night to sometimes return at 1 or 2 in the morning, after playing, travel, participate in activities, those holidays I consider them the best because I really enjoyed everything, We were all happy, motivated, we took advantage of each day and I felt really full and I could be distracted and have fun like no other year despite the fact that the first days of February I had to return to Santiago and it was a totally different vacation time.
